Failed Delivery & RTO Orders

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we will provide a replacement for the product.
