At Foreverr, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our return, replacement, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Personalised Products
As all personalised products are custom-made specially for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the order is placed and processed.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement after verification.
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.
Non-Personalised Products
Returns or replacements for non-personalised products are only accepted in case:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective item received
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- A replacement is not possible, or
- The order cannot be fulfilled by us
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement or return review:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging should be available
- Proper unboxing proof/photos/videos may be required for verification
Order Refusal & RTO
If an order is returned due to refusal to accept the order, customer unavailability, or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
